Melody Miles left the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, after having the ‘perfect’ life only ending in a panic attack. She left it all, traveled the world and returned with a “Happy List” to help you. When women stop being busy - they can be free!
Melody helped the Foundation launch a campaign to eradicate malaria only ending up stressed, overwhelmed, anxious, exhausted and burnt out. She got rid of everything but her suitcase and smartphone and traveled the world asking people, “What is Freedom?”

You Have Permission to Choose Yourself! Your wants and desires are so valid. Rather than abandon your desires, you have a full permission slip to choose your desires and put them at the top of your to-do list.
When we stay in busy mode, we can't tap into our joy.
Real freedom comes when you realize you first and foremost belong to yourself. Make your own 'Happy List' today and put it in your schedule, it's a MUST DO in your day.
PLAY and REST are the gateway to transformation. Name the things that bring you joy and start doing them. You have permission to choose yourself and do the things you love! If you don't tend to your emotions you will literally get sick. Don't do that to yourself. You are far more worth it.

Women are vessels of love, yet how often do we find it so hard to love ourselves and take time for us. Try this...go on a date with yourself! Yeah! I know, doesn't that sound crazy? No really, go ahead and give yourself permission to do it. You are worth it. And...you don't need to do anything to deserve it. And...you don't need anyone's permission to do it.
